Soft pastels and bold brights in Malmö

It's the weekend - woohoo! Before I dash off I wanted to share this apartment which is currently <a href="http://bo-laget.se/?page=objektvy&id=1423" target="_blank">for sale</a> here in Malmö. It's in Rörsjöstaden which is packed with beautiful buildings from the late 19th /early 20th century. What caught my eye the most is the pretty sitting room, I love the colours in the cushions and the mix of art on the wall. Another interesting thing about this home is how it starts off all white and soft pastels and then suddenly, the home office /creative room takes on an entirely different colour scheme altogether........<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; The pretty Danish home of Tine K

My home: advent calendar

Now, I'm not really the queen of DIY but it was so much fun being creative. Striking black and white Malmö home

Since I'm heading home to Malmö this evening it's only fair that I show a beautiful apartment from Sweden's Southern most city. My home: art in the bathroom

Here are two snap shots from my bathroom. I've always loved art in the bathroom there's something so decedant about it. As bathroom's get a bit steamy I didn't want to ruin one of my favourite original prints so I took a photocopy of the original and hung it in a frame. Conniving or clever? Pretty white apartment in Malmö

My good friend Malin used to live in this beautiful, light and airy apartment in St Knuts, Malmö. She found that it's on the <a href="http://www.hemnet.se/bostad/bostadsratt-3rum-s-t-knut-malmo-kommun-henrik-smithsgatan-5-4403015" target="_blank">market again </a>and the current owner has given it a big lick of white paint and put their  own style stamp on it. I've also been thinking more and more about getting a round mirror for my hallway like the one they have.
