Hello! Thank you for your <a href="http://www.myscandinavianhome.blogspot.se/2013/09/my-home-captured-by-karin-bedroom.html" target="_blank">lovely comments yesterday</a> on my bedroom. It's always nerve racking to post pics of my own home so I'm really grateful for your positive feedback and helpful tips :) Today's home comes from the Swedish estate agent <a href="http://www.alvhemmakleri.se/hem-till-salu/OBJ17735_1291500696/bilder" target="_blank">Alvhem</a>. For the mix I see they've used an <a href="http://www.designcollectors.com/EN/product/1508/vitra-eames-plastic-side-chair-dsr/" target="_blank">Eames DSR chair</a> (15% off with code MYSCAN), the <a href="http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/80067789/" target="_blank">URBAN chair</a> from IKEA and then flea market finds. Kook; new on my wish list!

One of my London friends is designing a bar which I'm sure will be fabulous once it's finished! This has got me really itnerested in bar and restaurant interiors. There are so many things to think about, from practicalities and ambience to location, economy, comfort and asthetics. Kook in Lazio, italy was designed byMohamed Keilani and Luca Gasparini from <a href="http://www.noses.it/home.htm" target="_blank">Noses Architects</a> in 2012 and looks really wonderful. My dining room: touch of spring

My family and I headed off to a lake here in Southern Sweden called Krankesjön to enjoy some ice-skating and a barbicue on the frozen lake.  The sun was shining and the snow sparkled like diamonds. The only disconcerting noise was the eerie creaking of the ice! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Speaking of sparkling, I also got down to a little spring cleaning. My home: art in the bathroom

Here are two snap shots from my bathroom. I've always loved art in the bathroom there's something so decedant about it. As bathroom's get a bit steamy I didn't want to ruin one of my favourite original prints so I took a photocopy of the original and hung it in a frame. Conniving or clever?
